Delete your DeserTracker account

DeserTracker, by Quantium Lab, lets you delete your account and its data at any time. Pick one of these ways.

In the app

  1. Open DeserTracker and go to the Account tab.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Tap Delete to confirm.

On the website

  1. Sign in at desertracker.com/login with your email address.
  2. On your dashboard, open the settings menu (the gear button).
  3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

By email

Email [email protected] from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days.

What we delete

In the app and on the website, the deletion happens at once and cannot be undone. We delete:

  • Your account and email address
  • Your tracked products, target prices, and alert settings
  • Your push tokens
  • Our records of the emails we sent you, your sign-in codes, and your feedback
  • The usage events stored with your account

What we keep

  • Products and their prices in our shared catalog. They hold no personal data.
  • Store click counts. They hold no email, user ID, or IP address.
  • App usage data in Google Analytics. It is not linked to your account, and Google deletes it after 14 months.
  • Our server logs, for a few days.
