About DeserTracker
DeserTracker is an independent source of price data for UAE e-commerce. It records the prices of products on public UAE online stores and publishes the DeserTracker UAE Price Index.
What we record
We record the price and the stock state of tracked products on public UAE online stores. A new record is made when the price or the stock state changes, not on a fixed schedule. Our records start in January 2026.
The records feed the free price tracker on this site: product pages, price history charts, price drop alerts and the browser extension.
DeserTracker UAE Price Index
The DeserTracker UAE Price Index publishes studies of how online prices move in the UAE. Studies pool prices across stores and name no store. Every study states its data window, its sample sizes and its method version, and offers its facts as downloads.
Read how we measure on the method and coverage page. The aggregate figures of the studies are licensed under CC BY 4.0. Raw store data is not licensed.
